In this chill when one has to tread on mountains of mud all over the city one feels about the state of callous approach of the those who Govern us.Work being carried out at snails pace and so the dust & jam.we are habitual of facing such situations.No problem.Bijli nahi-fine,inverter hai,pani nahi-Aqua hai,but sarak nahi,koi baat nahi-Khuda tw hai.This is my Kanpur.Cheers
